Lioco Wine Dinner

Lioco is the combined vision of Matt Licklider and Kevin O'Connor, two industry professionals who set out to prove that California could produce a true "wine of origin." Lioco does not own any vineyards or a winery. All their resources are directed toward the sourcing of grapes from California's premier vineyards, and then making the wine in a state-of-the-art cooperative in Santa Rosa. Lioco produces a range of wines from multiple grape varieties growing in several distinct appellations (Chardonnay in Sonoma; Pinot Noir in Chalone; Carignan in Mendocino), thus creating a "wine of origin."
